To begin with, extremely low carb diets are not healthy because some carbs are healthy diet foods. One of the main reasons so many people have difficulty losing weight for most of their lives is because of not following a good health plan. In reality they do not really contain significant nutrient density and are just excess calories. The first ingredient in these products is refined flour, which is just going to spike your blood sugar and create an insulin surge.
Following are some ideas for someone who is struggling with weight loss to get better results by eating healthy diet foods.
1. Most of your healthy diet food should be from free range, ruminant (grass-fed) meats and eggs, raw grass-fed dairy, and lots of veggies. Mainly grain-based foods (pasta, rice, cereal, crackers, etc) should be reduced.

Healthy fats include avocados, guacamole, nuts, seeds, and nut butters. Healthy protein sources include grass-fed meats, grass-fed raw dairy, and whole free-range organic eggs. These healthy diet foods will satisfy your appetite, control your blood sugar and hormone levels, and help you to improve your success on weight loss for life.
